v      Project Lead Scheduler with experienced working ability to build complex construction schedules & challenge general contractor's schedules in working in the Oil, Gas, Chemical/Petrochemical/Commercial Industry and overseas experience in international locations and diverse cultural environments. EPC-Engineering, Procurement, Construction-Front End Engineering Design phase-Pre-Feed/Feed engineering experience in Execution/Commissioning phase projects. Pre-Feed/FEED divided into separate packages covering different portions of the project & procure all the equipment and materials necessary, and then construct to deliver a functioning facility. Track and update Owner clients' milestones and processes not updated by contractor. Experience in creating & developing project schedule from cradle to grave & monitor schedule slippage & cost. Prepares and manages overall master project schedule integrating the project Work Breakdown Structure using an appropriate scheduling software package. Coordinates schedule from multiple contractors and incorporates the information gathered into the overall project master schedule to execute and deliver the project within an agreed time and budget, Report slippages against project baseline and advise potential impact on project critical activities. Reviews, monitors and control the Contractor(s) EPC schedules for all project activities for logic, level of detail, interfaces, etc. (e.g., Level 3, Level 4, short-term-3 wk look-ahead schedules).

o     Monitors and forecasts progress of activities in contractors’ work schedules. Highlights problem areas and recommends remedial actions attend daily/weekly meetings with client and local contractors and to prepare reports for management levels. Evaluate general contractor schedule for viability, health and constructability. Ensure schedule matches other tracking sources and field progress. Be able to challenge (or otherwise defend schedules as appropriate.) Develops detailed Gantt or PERT charts.

o     Evaluates critical paths in the project schedules and evaluate alternative schedule options to identify optimum project strategies or resolve problems before and during execution.

o     Performs probabilistic analysis of completion dates and potential alternatives. Presents risk based analysis of most likely completion and expected deviation range.

o     Provide baseline analysis and acceptance of Critical Path Schedule including reforecasting of baseline

o     Provide continued analysis of critical activities and longest path activities

o     Responsible for performing Monte Carlo schedule simulation for periodic evaluation of schedule, Proficient in cost, manpower and equipment resource loaded schedule.

Mustang need extra scheduler for a couple months because Honeywell had too many project to cover and want someone to get the construction phase started so they could caught up on the expansion project.

Working closely with the maintenance turnaround scheduler to integrate project work scope into detailed resource loaded turnaround schedules. Providing detailed material sheets for each job package. Inputting job steps for all resources into the planning tool including operations, third parties, and outside contractors. Responsible for driving the work scope development for assigned turnarounds,& providing field duration estimates (norms) for assigned turnarounds, providing safe and accurate execution plans and schedules for assigned turnarounds, leading and coordinating planning and schedule update and reporting status, Initiate and maintain purchase requisition for all service vendors, Applying refining experience including maintenance associated with all pipe fitting, boilermaker, welding, scaffolding, insulation, and laborer crafts for execution activities. Issuing and tracking pre-shutdown fabrication work excluding capital projects. Coordinates logistics, document controls, and the Job Change Order process, Integrate Goal Zero philosophies and Environmental Stewardship into planning, scheduling and execution activities. Audit TA plans and schedules ensuring that each plan and schedule is properly reviewed and gaps closed before execution

Takula Gas Processing Platform (TGPP) Project fabrication of the jacket, and flare boom in Lobito, Angola, and topsides fabrication in Korea, and installation work in February/March 2008. TGPP is a single-train facility designed as a 5,000-metric ton, single-lift modular deck with facilities to process approximately 100 million standard cubic feet per day (scf/d) of sour gas for injection and storage tanks and an LNG export terminal-AMEC- seconded to Owner-Chevron). Able to put work-packages together after estimate and plan in a schedule for resource loading and estimates.

Bayu-Undan field to the plant at Wickham Point, Darwin, Australia Construction also cover data centres, cleanrooms, and large MEP systems. LNG primarily responsible for the planning and scheduling deliverables for a single block or a multi-block TA at the site and leads a team of TA planners to deliver the successful outcome of the LNG planner to oversee Fabrication Contractor Schedules and build a detailed integrated Onshore Commissioning and Fabrication/Installation Construction Schedule. (Seconded to Owner- Bechtel) Able to put work-packages together after estimate and plan in a schedule for resource loading and estimates.

 

       Pipeline Planning/ Scheduling Engineer

        Jan 2001 – June 2003 Sakhalin Energy

        Trans-Sakhalin pipeline system- 300 km of offshore and 1,600 km of onshore multi-phase oil and gas pipelines.
